University of California, Irvine's Costume Department gets the spotlight shone on it in November 2013, thanks to the Orange County Register!

During her first quarter of grad school at UCI, Sera was lucky enough to take a number of exciting courses, and design two graduate directing projects (Bertolt Brecht's The Informer and Thorton Wilder's The Happy Journey). A change in the university's 2013-2014 season was also announced. Sera will no longer be designing Chicago, but instead will design the world premiere of a thought-provoking new musical Nickel Mines.
